- Unwrap the pad from its packaging with clean, dry hands.
- Ensure the pad is oriented correctly: the wider end should be placed at the front for anatomically correct fit.
- Remove the protective strip from the fixation tape.
- Attach the pad to the inside of close-fitting underwear, ensuring it is centered and firmly adhered for optimal security.
- Reposition if necessary for comfort; do not use with loose-fitting underwear.
- Replace the pad as soon as it feels wet or after a significant episode—never wait until the pad is fully saturated.
